It is perfect! Just like using a real 17bll+!!

In this new version, the numbers (digits) in the display became too small. The display format of the older version was much better. Maybe, the best solution could be let the user choose if he prefers a one-line display or a multi-line one.

Press "FIN" , "TVM", make Calc and back with "EXIT", "EXIT" = bug! (Sometimes). Im Brazil.

Ex: PEO$:(CVTx0)+(RTx0)+IF(S(CVT) OR S(RT) OR S(CF):0:IF(S(MC):MC=1-(CVT÷RT):(CFx0)+IF(S(PEO$):PEO$=CF÷MC:0))) ...not run in Solve at RLM 17bii or 19bii

There is a bug in stack list! Annoying bug if you want to calculate more rows.

Purchased this app so I could avoid carrying my actual 17bii+ around. So far I am not disappointed. There was a small bug in Ver1 in the solver routines that gave incorrect answers. I wrote RLM support late at night and the next morning I had a response and by the same night, a fix was applied and it now works perfectly. I used Canadian mortgage calculations all the time and the solver is perfect for this. (Other apps do this as well; however, having the familiarity with the 17bii+ and now this emulation has made life easier and simpler (no need to carry my iPhone AND my HP). Thanks RLM for a great app! Highly recommended.

Lets have some honesty: good app, almost there but not perfect yet. Wiped out my lines of solver equations for no reason when it crashed (simple equations!). Tends to have some moody keys (choosing to put double brackets for no reason). Fix it asap please as I have mailed you twice and you get a 2 star upgrade

I dont think the TRN function is working properly. I enter equation ans=TRN(var:4) and if var=1.234567 ans is returned as 1.00000 not 1.2345. Can you please look into this?

Dont feel caught out without your 17B. All the functions of your calculator plus some. Good buy.

Solver is no good. It has still has bugs. Hope all bugs are fixed.

It is very useful tool for Business Finance. With the latest update (4.1), it is unable to enlarge the view of the calculator in ipad version.

The HP17B II was my trusty sidekick all through graduate school. Sadly mine died years ago. This is not only a spot on IOS version, but it adds bells and whistles in the form of additional functions (conversions, tips, scientific tools, and otherwise). Loads fast on my iPhone 6. What a nice surprise to find this app.

I have been using this financial calculator for years and this app is a great substitute. Thanks for the good work.

This is a great program and does everything the original 17bii+ does, plus more. I use this often when my 17bii is not with me and often when it is with me. Nothing lacking here and the price is right. As others have said though, the developer should eliminate the splash screen...tacky!

Still needs work. Although it looks and feels like my actual 17IIB+, the solver did not work on all three of the most important solutions I wanted to work. One of them crashed the program. Some of the functions in the original are not supported by the same name, requiring translation. The concept is good, I hope they will fix the problems and make it work right, then it could be a real winner.

No nested IF statements and equal signs!!! Also, limits dont work properly!!! Do not purchase this app if you use Solver!!!

Please! And also lose the splash screen. These changes would make the app feel much more polished.

You dont need to worry about "low battery", and lost all the formulas. And also has more functions than the original HP calculator.

I had the 19B in college and have been looking for a calc app with the same functions. This app is it and is easy to use and the Solver is the best part. Only limited by your imagination. Has replaced the built in app and provides so much more.
